yes, a thermal nuclear bomb has no limitation. However it would be pointless to go over 100 mt since the atmosphere is only 10 miles high, most of the blast would just blow off into space.Is it technically possible to built a one TERA ton nuclear bomb?
As Dr Strangelove would say, if you wish to merely build a bomb, there's no limit to the size.
