Do digital circuits generate much in the way of Tera hertz noise?

say I've got a bunch of 10 MHz signals buzzing about - will the circuit generate much noise in the Tera hertz range?

no. for a 10MHz signal, the harmonic at 1 THz is the 100 millionth. no power at all.
